Hi, I’m Lauren Popish
founder of The Wave.
When I started listening to podcasts, I didn’t hear myself represented in the voices of the shows I was listening too. Later, when I started my first podcast, I became even more aware of the biases women face in the industry and how underrepresented we were.

As you might have guessed, this is why I decided to start The Wave. I had a deeply rooted desire to change the podcasting landscape to become more inclusive and represent a diverse range of voices.
Our Promise to You
The Wave Editing was founded as a podcast editing studio for women run entirely by women.
Our services were designed with a clear focus on empowering female voices, and while our doors may now be open to all who share our vision of a diverse and inclusive industry, we will forever remain a 100% women-run organization.
We promise to do the work necessary to minimize all the things that make podcasting seem unattainable. We will continue to provide both educational resources and podcast production services at an accessible price. We’ll foster a community of support and help you overcome your fears.
