  • Let us design the perfect eye-catching cover art that will meet the directories’ requirements while also establishing your podcast’s brand. Includes one 3000 x 3000 pixels cover art image exported as a JPEG.

  • The right theme music introduces listeners to your episode and concludes your episode at the end. It should represent your show’s personality and brand. We will deliver three song options to choose from with instructions on how to purchase and download. The cost of music is not included (an average of $50).

  • A hosting platform is a place that takes your audio and sends it out to directories like Apple and Spotify. Choosing the right hosting platform and setting up your RSS feed can be complex and require some technical skills. We will do the heavy lifting by signing you up for a hosting platform, creating your account, uploading your show, and distributing it to all the directories. The cost of the hosting platform is not included (an average of $18/month).

  • Once you purchase a service with The Wave, you are a part of the community for life. In addition to our Complete Guide to Podcasting (valued at $250,) you will receive one hour of strategic coaching and access to our monthly office hours where you can ask questions and learn from other podcasters.

  • Once you complete your onboarding survey, we will return your launch assets within one week. We don’t work over the weekends, but that won’t stop us from getting your materials back to you quickly.

    From there, you will be able to request up to two revisions on each of your assets.

  • Our a la carte launch services do not include coaching, but you’re always welcome to join our monthly office hours, where we discuss all things podcast strategy.
