Lauren Popish founded The Wave Podcasting in 2019. She started podcasting in 2017 after a public speaking blunder that sparked a speaking fear and almost ended her career. She found podcasting to be a safe place to practice speaking and wanted to share it with other women who were struggling to tell their stories.
Lauren’s initial concept has now expanded to serve all podcasters through comprehensive editing and marketing services, online educational resources, and a digital community.
The Wave was acquired in 2024 by Dudley Peacock, a highly experienced CMO with a passion for helping professionals amplify their brand through podcasting.
The Wave’s podcast production team includes audio editors, video editors, copywriters, and marketing specialists who are experts at launching and growing podcasts.
