The Challenge

When Elizabeth DiAlto came to us, she was already an experienced podcaster with 400 episodes under her belt. She had previously worked with freelancers, virtual assistants and other podcast agencies, but was looking for a high quality “one-stop shop” solution that could manage all the operational aspects of podcasting. Like so many business owners, she wanted to focus on the content and conversations—the creative side of podcasting—without getting bogged down by the technical details.

Our Approach

Because Elizabeth had many podcasting best practices in place, we took over the following services without missing a beat:

  • Lightly edited AI-generated transcript

  • Audio episode uploading

  • Audio editing

  • Show note writing

Many of Elizabeth’s listeners consider her podcast part of their Monday morning routine. With an average 4,000 downloads per episode, it was crucial for Elizabeth to maintain her consistent schedule. Over the course of 50 episodes, we produced and published a mix of solo host and interview episodes, never missing a Monday upload. Having the episodes done and scheduled by Friday meant that Elizabeth could check it off her list instead of coordinating last-minute details over the weekend.

Elizabeth has a catalog of each episode on her website, including a transcript of the episode and show notes that are highly optimized for SEO. This strategy helps increase the discoverability of her podcast online, attracting more listeners through organic search and giving established listeners a resource for finding older episodes.
